Privacy
In short: I collect only what you send me through the form or by email, and I use it solely to reply to you.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Tobias Gabriel Sanchez, Komenda, Slovenia. You can reach me at tobiasgabrielsanchez@gmail.com or on +386 31 234 478. As I do not yet have a registered business, the work runs through the Slovenian student employment service; this does not affect any of your rights under this notice.
What data and why
If you fill in the contact form I receive your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, company name, chosen package and your message. I need these to reply and prepare a quote.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. I do not use the data to send marketing messages.
Traffic measurement
This site has no Google Analytics and no tracking cookies. Visits are not measured in any way that identifies you.
Google Analytics is listed with some packages — that applies to sites I build for clients, not to this one. When a client orders it, their site must state in its own privacy notice what is collected (IP address, on-site behaviour) and that it is transferred to Google; I point this out during the build.
Who else sees them
I never sell your data and never pass it on for advertising. Three processors are involved, without which the site would not work: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting and attack protection), Web3Forms (contact form submission) and Google Ireland Ltd. for the mailbox your message arrives in. Cloudflare and Google also process data in the USA; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep them
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after two years. If we do work together, I keep records for as long as tax rules require.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction or deletion at any time. Email me at the address in the footer and I will handle it promptly. If you believe I am mishandling your data, you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
How I protect your data: the site runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), I am the only person with access to the mailbox holding your message, and I store no passwords or card details anywhere — payment never runs through this site.
