Prices are published because it is fair that you know where you stand before contacting me. Each is a starting price — you get the exact figure in a written quote after our first talk.

The prices listed are net amounts. Because the work runs through the Slovenian student employment service, the final invoice is issued by the service, so statutory contributions, levies and VAT are added to the net amount. You will receive the exact total in the formal quote.

The most common reason a build stalls is missing content. So I ask up front.

Maintenance.

    Your customers pick a free slot in your calendar, on your own site under your own name — no third-party app and no per-user fees. Because it runs on a database, this add-on requires a maintenance plan from Standard up.

  • Domain (.si)

    €20 per year

    Your web address, e.g. yourcompany.si. I handle registration, you pay the actual cost.

  • Business email

    €5 per month

    info@yourcompany.si instead of a Gmail address — looks far more professional.

  • Google Ads

    from €240 one-off

    Setting up an ad campaign: keywords, ads, and tracking of calls and enquiries. You pay Google directly for the ad budget and you set it yourself — this price covers the setup only. Ongoing management is agreed separately.

Payment.

  • 40% when you accept the quote — that starts the work.
  • 60% once the site is live and the project is complete.
  • The invoice comes from the student employment service. No subscriptions that renew by themselves.
  • Work outside the agreement is charged at €35 net per hour. The total on the invoice is higher because of student-service levies. Always only after you approve it.

Questions.

I know nothing about computers. Is that a problem?

No. That is actually the most common case. All I need from you is an explanation of your work — I handle everything technical. If you will edit the site yourself, I show you on a video call and record it so you can rewatch it any time.

Why are prices "from" rather than exact?

Because there is a big difference between a three-page site and a fifteen-page one. The starting price covers a typical case in that package. Once we talk, you get a written quote with an exact price that does not change. The calculator on this page gives you an estimate in a minute, without contacting me.

What do I pay for besides the build?

Two things, both small. The domain is your web address (e.g. yourcompany.si). That is a yearly cost of about €20 — it applies even without a maintenance plan, because the domain is yours. Hosting is the space the site lives in and belongs to maintenance, not to the build; it is included in every maintenance plan, even the cheapest. From the Standard plan up the domain is included too; on Basic you pay it separately.

Do I own the site or do you?

Yours. The domain is registered in your name, the content is yours, and once the site is paid for you get all the access details. If you ever move to another developer, nothing has to be rebuilt.

How and when do I pay?

In two parts: 40% when you accept the quote, 60% once the site is live and the project is complete. No full upfront payment. Because I am still in school the payment runs through the student employment service.

What if I do not like the draft?

Revisions are included — the number of rounds is listed with each package. If after the first draft we find we imagined completely different things, you can walk away and I keep only the deposit for work done.

Will the site rank first on Google?

For searches on your business name, almost certainly — there is practically no competition there. For generic, competitive terms ("hairdresser Ljubljana") nobody can genuinely guarantee first place: that depends on months of work on content, on backlinks and on the competition in your field. What I can guarantee is everything that depends on the site itself: fast loading, correct technical structure (SEO fundamentals), registration in Google Search Console and a tidy Google Business Profile.
