In short: I collect only what you send me through the form or by email, and I use it solely to reply to you.
Who processes the data
The controller is the author of this site. Contact details are in the footer and on the Contact page.
What data and why
If you fill in the contact form I receive your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, company name, chosen package and your message. I need these to reply and prepare a quote.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. I do not use the data to send marketing messages.
Who else sees them
Nobody, for marketing purposes. Your message travels through the form provider and my email provider — both act as processors and do not use the data for their own purposes.
How long I keep them
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after two years. If we do work together, I keep records for as long as tax rules require.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction or deletion at any time. Email me at the address in the footer and I will handle it promptly. If you believe I am mishandling your data, you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
