The most common reason a build stalls is missing content. So I ask up front.

Payment.

  • 40% when you accept the quote — that starts the work.
  • 60% once the site is live and you are happy with it.
  • You pay by invoice, bank transfer, 8-day terms. No subscriptions that renew by themselves.
  • Work outside the agreement is charged at €35 per hour — always only after you approve it.

Questions.

I know nothing about computers. Is that a problem?

No. That is actually the most common case. All I need from you is an explanation of your work — I handle everything technical. If you will edit the site yourself, I show you on a video call and record it so you can rewatch it any time.

Why are prices "from" rather than exact?

Because there is a big difference between a three-page site and a fifteen-page one. The starting price covers a typical case in that package. Once we talk, you get a written quote with an exact price that does not change. The calculator on this page gives you an estimate in a minute, without contacting me.

What do I pay for besides the build?

Two things, both small: the domain (your web address, about €20 a year) and hosting (where the site lives). Hosting is included in every maintenance plan, even the cheapest. The domain is included from the Standard plan up; on Basic you pay it separately, which is about €20 a year.

Do I own the site or do you?

Yours. The domain is registered in your name, the content is yours, and once the site is paid for you get all the access details. If you ever move to another developer, nothing has to be rebuilt.

How and when do I pay?

In two parts: 40% when you accept the quote, 60% once the site is live and you are happy with it. You pay by invoice, by bank transfer. No full upfront payment.

What if I do not like the draft?

Revisions are included — the number of rounds is listed with each package. If after the first draft we find we imagined completely different things, you can walk away and I keep only the deposit for work done.

Will the site rank first on Google?

For your business name, almost certainly. For generic terms nobody can seriously promise first place — that takes months of work and depends on competition. I take care of everything on the site itself: speed, correct structure, Google registration and a tidy business profile.

Not sure what you need?
